I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms were quite good and clean compared to similar hotels, although they were large enough, they felt very dusty and lacking cleanliness as they didn't have any window. The service was kind, and the food was very tasty; however, it was a bit slow, and there were some odd attempts to get tips or enter our room for various reasons. The location was convenient and surrounded by shopping centers, making it a good spot for travelers and shoppers. The dining experience with fresh-cooked food was enjoyable, and there was a good variety, but it could improve by catering to the needs of senior citizens or sick persons.
